I got notified there was a bug where if you got the axe, but grabbed one of the chest keys before going into the basement, then the game would not let you go to the basement and get soft-blocked.

Also the hallway lamp had no text.

These should be patched now, if you find any other game-breaking bugs please let me know! I truly appreciate it.
